Q2 What is the IMEI number?
A The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique number found on the reverse side of every mobile phone. This number is used to identify a valid subscriber. Please remove the battery to view this number.

Q3 Why do I encounter log in/registration error on the Display Page?
A

The site is compatible to run on Internet Explorer Ver 5 or above and it may not work well with other browsers.
Kindly ensure that the Pop-up Blocker of your browser is disabled as well.

SFC(Samsung Fun Club) service use SSL(Secure Socket Layer) for security on
1) Registration Page
2) Login Page
 
Please review on the IE settings when you encounter error on page.
1) 128 bits SSL check
2) SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 setting check
 
Steps for checking:
 
For 128 bits SSL check -
1) Help -> About Internet Explorer
2) Check Cipher Strength on the popup windows
3) If the Cipher strength is not 128-bit, please update Internet Explorer on -> Tools –> Windows update
 
For SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 setting check -
1) Tools –> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab -> check Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0
2) If Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 are not selected, please click on the boxes.

Q5 I entered the wrong phone model. When I want to change, the SFC site says my IMEI number has been used.
A The IMEI cannot be change by the user himself. You would have to write in via an email to Samsung Fun Club Queries for the change to be made.

A You can unsubscribe by going to 'My Page ' and clicking on 'Terminate Membership' to the left of the screen.

Q7 How to download java games? (WAP)
A 1) Configure your WAP/GPRS settings of your mobile phone with your network service provider.
2) Ensure good reception signal before proceeding with the download.
3) Visit SFC Wapsite – wap.sg.samsungmobile.com.
4) Select Premium Zone from the Main Page.
5) Select Games.
6) Select a game from the categories available.
7) Click “Buy”
8) Do take note of the content charge that will be reflected on the mobile phone bills.
9) Click “Download”
10) Upon successful installation, the game will be saved in “Games and more” of the Samsung mobile phone.

Q8 How to download java games? (Web to phone)
A 1) Configure your WAP/GPRS settings of your mobile phone with your network service provider.
2) Log on to SFC Website.
3) Select your phone model under the “Games and more” section
4) Click on the “Buy” icon of the game that you wish to download(looks like a mobile phone).
5) Sms content code to 78987
6) You will receive a push message from Samsung Fun Club
7) Select the push message and it will connect to the wap site for the selected game.
8) Please ensure that the game is as per your selection.
9) Select the game and click “Buy”
10) Do take note of the content charge that will be reflected on your monthly mobile phone bills
11) Click “Download”
12) Upon successful installation, the game will be saved in “Games and more” of your Samsung mobile phone.
*Please note that WAP/GPRS charges apply as in accordance with the rates from your service provider.
